Huckleberry Thyme Glazed Trout or Salmon

4 Tablespoons Dorothy's Huckleberry Jelly

1 Tablespoons Minced shallots

2 teaspoons minced fresh Thyme

dash of salt & pepper,

Combine above in a saucepan then heat to simmer.

Pre-Heat the Broiler 

Place 4 Trout or Salmon fillets (6 oz each) in a buttered glass baking dish and brush on glaze.

Place under broiler. Cook to done, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
