Gooseberry Glazed Pork Chops
4 Tbls Dorothy's Gooseberry Jelly
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ cup water
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown 4 Pork chops, remove from pan & cover.
Add above ingredients to pan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cooking to thicken (3 mins), Salt & Pepper to taste.
Glaze the Chops before serving.
