A delicate jelly that is simply apple juice, some sugar and Idaho grown mint oils that we get directly from a local mint farmer. 

Mint Apple Jelly served with roast lamb is a classic.

Recipe: Mint Sauce for Lamb

Contains: Apple juice from concentrate, sugar, pectin, citric acid, mint oil, FD & C blue #1, yellow #5.
