Dorothy's Crab Apple Jelly is amber in color and both tart and sweet. It's not quite the same taste as an apple jelly, it has a more intense apple flavor. This jelly is excellent to include in sauces and glazes.

Recipe: Crab Apple Glazed Ham

Contains: Crab apple juice, sugar, pectin, citric acid.

    Dorothy's Crab Apple Jelly is absolutely delicious and spreads nicely, but doesn't last long enough in our house! I'm going to start hiding it I think.
