Southwest Sour Cream Dip/Topping
Add 1 tablespoon of Spice to 1 cup
sour cream
Chill for 30 minutes
Serve with chips & salsa, nachos or
Burritos
Enchilada Sauce
Combine in a sauce pan:
2 tablespoon Spice
1 tablespoon minced onion
14 ounce can tomato sauce
14 ounce can chicken broth
Bring to boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer
for 15 minutes or to desired
thickness
Use in your favorite recipes
May be refrigerated up to 5
days
