Quince Jelly is an amber jelly that is wonderful for cooking.  Use some to make a glaze for chicken and sauces for pork or beef.

Recipe: Quince & Brie Cheese Biscuit Bundles

Contains: Qunice and apple juice, sugar, pectin, citric acid.

    So glad I could re-order the quince jelly ! Love that it has just the right amount of sugar and is not too sweet.

    Quince is not something that I'm used to having from childhood, so I now know how much I was deprived. Dorothy's Quince is so very delicious that we actually use a spoon to clean out the jar with when it's almost gone....don't want to miss any of this good tasting jelly.

    I have never had Quince Jelly before. We thought we'd give it a try. Now it's one of our favorite things. This is made so perfectly. Beautiful color and great flavor.
