This is a custom blend that is both spicy and sweet, low in salt, high in flavor. We include a recipe for quick and easy Jerked chicken. Also makes a spicy dip, and hot jerk sauce for marinating meats or as a condiment. 

Caribbean Jerk Hot Wings: 

1 Package of Uncooked Wings (thawed) 

Greek yogurt 

Jamaican Jerk Spice 

Habanero Hot Sauce or any of our delicious Pepper Jellies 

Marinate the wings overnight in the greek yogurt. Generously sprinkle the Jamaican Jerk rub on both sides of the wings and bake at 375 degrees in the oven or on the grill for approxmiately 30-40 minutes. Then dip each wing in the Habanero Hot Sauce or one of the Pepper Jellies.
