Wild huckleberries with just a little bit of hot chilies make this a MILD jelly. Serve with cream cheese & crackers.

Top a grilled steak or burger with blue cheese and a spoonfull of this jelly for a special treat.

Serve with grilled eggplant or other veggies.

    I was a bit hesitant to try this at first, not liking “too” spicy foods, but I quickly learned I didn’t have worry. It’s got a wonderful taste - sweet at first, then a bit spicy - but not overpowering! It is good on all kinds of meat, crackers, and cheese. As a side dish relish, it adds something extra to a wide variety of snacks!
