We slow cook this jam and hand pour each and every jar, which is filled with tiny wild Huckleberries, each one hand-picked in the mountains of Idaho.  Tart and yet sweet the huckleberry has a unique flavor, that complements your breakfast, as well as meats and cheeses.

Contains: Huckleberries, sugar, pectin, citric acid.

    Used the jam to make a delicious Huckleberry Salmon sauce. Also great on toast. In Southern California, we can’t get Huckleberry products, so I was lucky to find your website. Will order again! Thank you.

    Very flavorful. I grew up eating huckleberries from the same Idaho area where the huckleberries grow and this jam has the flavor I remember
