You can choose to add dried fruit such as cranberries, currants, fresh blueberries or leave them plain.

Quick and easy to prepare, this mix produced 8 scones in a divided scone pan. I brushed each scone with milk and sprinkled a coarse sparkling sugar over each before baking. The end product texture was light and soft on the inside and delicately browned on the outside. The taste was exceptional all by itself, but it paired well with Dorothy’s lemon curd, huckleberry jam , and huckleberry jelly. Delightful! I will be ordering this mix again.
