Dorothy's Elderberry Jelly has been described as tasting like a wild honey. We hand-pick the elderberries each fall, just after the first frost, when they are perfectly ripe. This deep purple jelly is a treat on an english muffin.

    I have never tasted anything bad from Dorothy's. It is the best in the world. I only buy jams, pancake mixes, soups, and dips from them.

    I ordered the small jar first to try before buying more. The small jar was spot on. Then I ordered the large jar. To my surprise it was more like a very heavy syrup than a jelly. No problem with the taste of either one. That's why no 5 star.
