Raspberry Rhubarb Berry Topping
2 Pints Fresh Raspberries
1 cup Chopped Rhubarb (1/2 inch pieces)
1 jar Dorothy's Raspberry Rhubarb Jelly
2 Tbls Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine all in sauce pan and heat to simmer.
Cook for about 3-6 minutes to soften rhubarb.
Cool before serving.
Serve over Ice Cream or Cheese Cake.
