This is a great traditional BBQ Rub, made with molasses powder giving it a mild and slightly sweet flavor. The great thing about this BBQ rub is you can to sprinkle on just about everything from beef to potatoes. You can also make a killer BBQ chip dip with sour cream.
BBQ Chip Dip- Baked Potato Topper
Combine 1 tablespoon Spice with
1 cup sour cream
Blend well and chill for 30 minutes
BBQ Marinade
Combine:
1 tablespoon Spice
¼ cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Coat meat and marinate for 2 hours
then grill
BBQ Baked Potato Cubes
Preheat oven to 375° F
Cut 4 russet potatoes into 1 inch cubes
Place in bowl and drizzle with 2-4 tablespoons
olive oil and toss
Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons Spice, coat
evenly
Spread on baking sheet and place in oven
Turn potatoes after 30 minutes
Continue to bake until tender (about 15
minutes)

BBQ Rub
It’s the next best thing to a Louisiana BBQ. It makes plain chicken breasts tasty and is interesting on fish as well. When my husband runs out, he needs right away.
