Homemade by Dorothy manufactures all of our products in small batches by hand, with handpicked or locally grown fruit, because of the small batches you may notice some minor color or "set" differences between product, this is natural and happens because we do not blend 100’s of pounds of fruit together just a few cups. Fruit and berries picked right when they are ripe will have slightly different amounts of natural sugars and pectin resulting in minor variations in the final jam or jelly. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of any of our products, please let us know within 30 days and we will gladly replace your item at no charge.
