We have added real Huckleberry juice to make our Dorothy's Huckleberry White Chocolate Cocoa, a creamy white chocolate hot chocolate mix. Works great as a creamer when added to coffee.
1.5 oz Singe Serve package makes one 8 oz cup of cocoa.
5.5 oz Pot O' Cocoa package makes 3-4 servings.
8 oz package makes 6-7 servings.

Contains: Ground white chocolate (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, SOY lecithin-an emulsifier, vanilla), nonfat dry MILK, nondairy creamer, sugar, corn syrup solids, huckleberry juice, artificial color (Red 40, Blue 1).
The 1st and 2nd orders were great. The 3rd order was weak on flavor and didn't color the beverage as the others did. The 4th order has an excellent flavor, similar to my first orders, but the color isn't the same. Since flavor is more important than color, I'll order more when I've used up this 15 pounds of mix. I consume a quart a day, mixed with water.
While visiting Boise ID we purchased a single pack of this hot chocolate returned home to freezing weather made the packet (with milk) regretted not buying the larger amount immediately went on the website and ordered the larger size... Thank You!!!!!
