We take lemon curd to a new dimension by adding fresh chopped huckleberries to this sweet-tart lemony spread, a taste that's sure to be a favorite. This all natural thick and smooth curd makes a great filling and is also wonderful with fresh fruit. Net wt 7 oz. 

We suggest our Huckleberry Scone mix to serve this wonderful spread. 

Summertime treat is to make a fruit dip with this yummy curd:

Sweet Dip - mix with Cool Whip (3 Tbls per Cup)

Tart dip mix with Lemon yogurt (3 Tbls per Cup)

PIE RECIPE

1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

8 oz whipped cream cheese

8 oz whipped topping 

1 jar curd 

Blend curd with cream cheese old in the whipped topping and fill the crust  chill for at least 2 hours or overnight - serve chilled.

    This is a wonderful curd on bagels with cream cheese! I decided to share with friends far away so they can enjoy also. Easy to do when ordering. Just be sure to make the billing address separate from the shipping address.
